How do I choose the correct size for my shoe covers?
To ensure a waterproof and aerodynamic fit, we recommend following our size chart based on your cycling shoe size. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for the best balance of comfort and performance.
What is the best way to care for my veloToze products?
After each ride, wipe your shoe covers with a cool, damp cloth. We recommend applying baby powder to the inside of the covers to prevent them from sticking together. Avoid machine washing or drying to preserve the integrity of the material.
What is your return policy for international orders?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs on international orders unless the item is defective.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Our Tall and Short shoe covers are specifically designed for road cycling shoes. However, we offer a specialized 'Off-Road' model designed with a reinforced bottom to accommodate the lugs and cleats of MTB and gravel shoes.
